When I was 22-year-old I was wandering aimlessly. I don’t even know who/what I am going to become after 5 years. I took the question seriously, and I involved myself to again different experience in travelling to forest, experiencing waterfall, speaking to locals, attending social events, observing old temple scupltures, doing social activities,Planning tours, joining in public speaking forums , given a speech in TV show, given a guest speech in school, Learning psychology and spirituality.
Still, I don’t know who I am, but I am creating myself from the experience I have gained in the past 5 years of my journey.
Let’s come to the point! 😀
I want to say thanks to an @amazinghuman team who gave me a chance to become a facilitator. This is my 1st facilitation and I am part of the three members’ team (Shalu and Charu) to conduct the event at @madipakkam.
We took it seriously, planned for two weeks and prepared a three hours of execution plan to conduct the activity. Then, we held 22 members for 1.5 hours with energizers and team-building activities but the activities completed sooner than expected. Thanks to the universe, our Sensei (@Sathish) came at the right time, lifted everyone’s spirit with more intriguing activities. Finally, three hours of activity based social event “MOTTA MAADI SANDHIPPU” completed successfully with more positive feedback.
This experience lifted my spirit to another level to dive deeper in improving my people management skill. I want to say thanks to the MMS background support team who guided registered members to attend the event with ease.
